Teaching Hundred Chart
What it is
A hundred chart with gaps to fill, counting on by ones, twos and fives, and questions about one more, one less and what comes next.
When a child is ready
Start once the child counts to 100 with help and reads two-digit numbers.
If they struggle
Use the number to the left, or the one above, to find a missing number. For counting by twos or fives, color the landing squares and look at the pattern they make.
