This is the only address Faith Schooling uses, for questions, support, and partnerships alike.

Mail sent there reaches Tyler, who writes the curriculum and teaches it at home. He reads every message and answers it himself. There is one person doing that, so a reply is not instant — but it is a real answer from someone who knows the material, not a form letter.

Email is the better route any time you need to attach something: a screenshot of a page that is misbehaving, a sample of your child’s work, or a longer explanation than a form field wants.

What to put in the message

A message with these in it usually gets settled in one reply instead of three:

  • Which program or page you mean. Pasting the link is the quickest way to say it.
  • Your child’s grade, or what they can already read, if the question is about where to start.
  • The email address on the account, for anything about a membership or a payment. Never send a password or a card number — we will never ask you for either.
  • What you clicked, what happened instead, and what device you were on, if something is broken.

You may not need to write at all

Most of what arrives in the inbox already has an answer published on the site:

  • Questions and answers — what each program includes and where it is growing, and how placement and mastery work.
  • The curriculum — every program in one place, with the job each one does.
  • Membership — what All Access opens, and what it costs ($39 a month).
  • HARVEST placement — a placement check you can run today to see which grade to start in. Open to everyone.
  • Log in and your account — change your payment method, update your details, or cancel. Cancelling is yours to do; you do not have to ask us first.
  • Sponsors and partners — what we will and will not run, before you write.

The form reaches the same person. If your email app is not set up on this device, this is the easier route — and if the message cannot get through, the page hands it straight back to you as a ready-to-send email, so nothing you wrote is lost.
