What this policy covers

This page states the rules Faith Schooling holds itself to when it publishes anything: how Scripture is sourced and credited, how parent statements are handled, where the numbers on the site come from, how facts about other publishers are dated, what has to be true before Apostolic Academy material is released, and what happens when we get something wrong.

It applies to product pages, guides, the Apostolic Academy, and the books themselves. It is written down so it can be held against us. If something on the site does not match what is stated here, that is an error and we would like to hear about it.

Scripture

Scripture quoted on this website is the New King James Version, quoted exactly, with the reference given and never paraphrased. Every quotation carries the standard credit: Scripture taken from the New King James Version. Copyright 1982 by Thomas Nelson. Used by permission. All rights reserved. The divine name is set in small capitals as the translation sets it.

The Hidden Word, the free Scripture memory curriculum in the Apostolic Academy, uses the King James Version throughout. Its verses are read programmatically from a vendored public-domain King James text whose checksum is verified on every load, and that file is never hand-edited.

The teaching material around the verses is a separate thing and is labelled as such. The meanings, hard-word definitions, questions and recitation work are authored teaching material, written from an Apostolic position. The programme states on its own page that it is an independent Faith Schooling programme, not affiliated with any denominational quizzing body, and it asks parents to read the parent guide before teaching from it.

Parent statements, ratings and reviews

Parent statements are published verbatim as the parent supplied them and as the owner approved them. They appear with quotation marks and nothing else: no name, no initials, no location, no purchase status, no rating and no speaker label. Seven approved statements are currently published across the site.

We do not invent statements, and we do not describe them as verified purchases or independent reviews. Nothing is edited to sound better, and a statement is only replaced when the person who wrote it supplies a correction.

This site publishes no star ratings, and it emits no Review or AggregateRating structured data anywhere. That is deliberate. We have no verified review corpus, so a rating would be a number we made up, and rating markup that is not backed by real reviews misrepresents the site to both readers and search engines. We also publish no customer counts.

Comparisons with other publishers

The comparison page sets out facts about other Christian curriculum publishers. Every one of those facts was observed on that publisher's own website, and the page prints the date it was observed: August 26, 2026. Prices and packages change, and the page tells readers to check with the publisher before deciding.

When a publisher's page changes, the entry changes with it and the observation date is updated. Comparison entries are written without disparagement, and the page includes a section naming where another publisher fits a family better than we do, alongside a plain statement of what Faith Schooling does not cover. A comparison that never concedes anything is advertising, not information.

Numbers and counts

Every count shown on this site is derived from the live catalogue at the moment the page renders. Counts are never typed in as marketing figures, and a hardcoded number in the theme is treated as a defect rather than a convenience.

Each public count has one named canonical source artifact and a machine-checkable formula recorded alongside it: what unit is being counted, what is excluded, how duplicates are resolved, and which file is authoritative. Grade 6 material, for example, is explicitly excluded from the K-5 public totals.

A drift gate runs against those definitions and fails the build if a published number cannot be reconciled with its source, if the committed manifest is stale, or if a hardcoded fallback has been reintroduced. The gate carries a deliberately stale fixture, so it has to prove it can detect drift rather than validating its own output.

The Apostolic Academy publication gate

Apostolic Academy material passes a documented gate before it may be published or marked indexable. Eleven items must all be recorded as true, and the build stops with an error if a page requests indexing while any of them is missing. Nothing reaches the site by being merely finished.

The owner is the doctrinal and evidence authority of record, and that approval is logged for each page.

Fifty-five articles and seven printables across four pathways are currently published under this gate. Everything in the Apostolic Academy is free and open to everyone. Nothing there is behind a membership, and no Academy page describes its material as premium or member-only.

Answer keys and worksheet accuracy

Worksheets that should carry an answer key are audited by pairing each sheet with its key and recording the result. Only deterministic matches are counted as pairs; anything that cannot be matched goes onto a review list rather than being quietly published as though it had a key. The Phonics Lab's 150 worksheets each ship with a complete answer key.

Sparse or unclear skill sets are handled openly too. Sets holding fewer than five sheets are marked noindex rather than padded, and machine-generated set labels that misdescribed their contents have been rewritten against the actual sheets.

Corrections

When we get something wrong, we correct the page and the source it was generated from, so the same error cannot reappear the next time the material is rebuilt. Where a correction changes the substance of a page, the updated date changes with it. We do not silently delete a claim and move on where the claim has been relied on.

If a number, a Scripture reference, a fact about another publisher, an answer key or anything else on this site is wrong, tell us through the contact page and say which page it is on. Corrections are treated as ordinary maintenance, not as complaints, and being told about an error is more useful to us than being told the site looks nice.

Report an error

What we will not do

We will not publish a rating, a review count or a customer number that is not backed by verified records. We will not attribute a parent statement to an invented person. We will not describe the Practice Library as a curriculum, or the math series as complete while Grades 3 to 5 lack workbooks and teaching guides.

We will not use urgency, countdowns, false scarcity or manufactured social proof, and we will not claim accreditation, certification or standards conformance we cannot evidence. Where an unverifiable conformance claim was found on this site, it was removed rather than defended.
