Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using the Faith Schooling Site (the “Site”) and the materials we provide through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Who we are

The Site is operated by Faith Schooling, a United States–based provider of Christian K–5 educational materials. You can reach us through our contact page.

3. Intellectual property

All curriculum content, workbooks, teaching guides, assessments, illustrations, and digital tools provided by Faith Schooling are protected by US copyright and remain our property. When you purchase a digital product (e.g., a Foundations to Fluency level), you receive a limited, non-transferable license to:

• Print and use the materials with the children in your immediate family or your own classroom.
• Make as many printed copies as you need for your own use.

You may not:

• Share, sell, or redistribute the digital files outside your household or classroom.
• Upload our materials to any file-sharing service.
• Modify, rebrand, or claim our materials as your own.

4. Open resources

The worksheets, the Copywork Creator, the HARVEST placement assessment, and the other open tools are provided at no cost and may be used with your own children or students. They are still under our copyright; please do not redistribute them as your own work.

5. Purchases and refunds

Prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we never see your full card number. Once a digital product is downloaded, refunds are generally not available because the materials have been delivered. If you have a genuine concern (wrong product, technical issue, double-billing), reach us through our contact page within 30 days and we’ll make it right.

Print products are refundable in unused condition within 14 days of delivery; shipping not refunded.

6. Memberships, billing, and renewals

Faith Schooling All Access is a recurring subscription offered in two billing terms, which you choose at checkout. All prices are in US dollars and are shown on the registration page before payment. By completing checkout you authorize the recurring charges below until you cancel.

• Monthly — $39/month. Your card is charged $39 today and automatically every month on the same date until you cancel.
• Annual (founding) — $299 first year. Your card is charged $299 today and then automatically renews at $349 per year on your renewal date unless you cancel. The $299 founding rate applies to the first year only; the standard annual renewal price is $349.

Cancellation and access after cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops your next renewal charge. After you cancel, your membership and access continue through the end of the period you have already paid for, and then end.

Refunds

Because membership gives immediate access to a large library of downloadable materials, membership payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun. “Cancel anytime” means you can stop future renewals at any time — it does not entitle you to a refund of the current period. If you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge, or a charge after a timely cancellation), contact us within 30 days and we will make it right. Any refund beyond that is at our discretion.

Failed or expired payments

If a renewal payment fails (for example, an expired or declined card), we may retry the charge and will ask you to update your payment method. If payment cannot be collected, your membership access may be paused or ended until payment is resolved. You can update your card on your account page.

Price changes

The annual founding-to-renewal step ($299 the first year, then $349) is described above and is not a separate price change. Apart from that, if we change membership pricing, the new price applies only to renewals after we give you reasonable advance notice (for example, by email); it does not change a term you have already paid for, and you may cancel before a changed price takes effect.

7. Account obligations

If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your password private and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

8. No medical, legal, or educational guarantees

Faith Schooling materials are educational resources. We do our best to make them effective and accurate, but we cannot guarantee any specific learning outcome. Every child is different. If your child has a learning difference or you have concerns about their progress, please consult a qualified educator or pediatric professional.

9. HARVEST placement assessment

HARVEST runs entirely in your browser. Its scoring and the recommended starting level are informational guidance, not a diagnostic. We do not receive or store any of your child’s answers.

10. Discontinuation

We may add, change, or remove features and products at any time. We will not revoke a product you have already purchased and downloaded; you retain it.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The Site and materials are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Faith Schooling’s liability for any claim relating to the Site or our materials is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Faith Schooling is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically; the “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
