Teaching Fall Addition
What it is
Grade-level written addition practice framed in autumn art - pumpkins, apples, and falling leaves around numbered work boxes with room to show each step. The math matches the grade's core addition sets, and a worked answer key for every sheet sits at the end of the set.
When a child is ready
A child who handles the grade's regular addition pages is ready; the borders change with the season, the math does not.
If they struggle
Have the child talk through one problem aloud - which column first, whether anything carries - before working the page. If the numbers feel too big, step back to the grade's core addition sets and return to these as a treat.
