Teaching Fall Division

What it is

Written division practice at each grade's level - beginning facts through longer step-by-step work - on autumn-framed pages with space to show every step, and worked answer keys at the end of the set.

When a child is ready

Ready when the child understands division as fair sharing and, for the upper grades, knows the multiplication facts that division undoes.

If they struggle

Check one answer by multiplying back together so the child sees what division undoes. If remainders appear before the child is ready, set those sheets aside for later in the year.
