Acts 8:12-17; Acts 10:34-48; Acts 19:1-7 (KJV)
This free Sunday School lesson teaches Acts 8, 10 and 19, where Luke records how the apostles baptized believers, and children read each account for themselves. It is written for ages 2 to 12, and children learn who was baptized in each place, what words Luke uses, and what baptism by immersion means. Each age group gets six printable activities.

Sunday School lesson
Children learn that Acts 19:5 says they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus, and that Acts 10:48 reads in the name of the Lord, which the lesson prints as it stands rather than filling in. Baptism in these accounts is complete immersion, not sprinkling or pouring, and there is no classroom reenactment.
Each age group has six different activities, chosen for what a child of that age can do. Read any one on screen before you print it.

One guide for all four age groups: the lesson objective, teaching guidance, a verified answer for every sheet above, the meaning of the King James words the sheets use, and preparation and safety notes. Each entry names the sheet it answers.
The main scene shows a selected lowering moment of adult water baptism by immersion, with both men modestly clothed. Explain complete immersion; no sprinkling or pouring. Acts 10:48 KJV says name of the Lord, so never print an altered quotation claiming it says Jesus Christ verbatim. Read with Acts 2:38, 8:16 and 19:5. No classroom water reenactment. Pictures are visual reminders; species, clothing, exact shapes and small scene details are reconstructions unless the passage states them. Offer pointing, oral answers or a scribe. Supervise all cutting. Read the cited verses before using the activities.
