Salvation by Grace Through Faith
Ephesians 2:1-10; Titus 3:3-8 (KJV)
This free Sunday School lesson teaches Ephesians 2 and Titus 3, where Paul writes that salvation is by grace through faith and is the gift of God, not of works. It is written for ages 2 to 12, and children learn what grace is, what Paul says it is not, and what Titus says God did. Each age group gets six printable activities.

What children learn
Children learn that by grace are ye saved through faith and that it is the gift of God, that nobody earns it, and that Titus calls it the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost. Obeying the gospel is a response to God's gift, never a payment for it.

One guide for all four age groups: the lesson objective, teaching guidance, a verified answer for every sheet above, the meaning of the King James words the sheets use, and preparation and safety notes. Each entry names the sheet it answers.
Before you teach it
Do not make the lesson an argument against obeying the gospel. God's grace is not earned; repentance, Jesus-name baptism and receiving the Holy Ghost are the Apostolic response to His saving message, not a competing purchase price. Read Titus 3:5 with its regeneration and Holy Ghost wording. Helpful-hands and family pictures are present-day applications, not named historical events. Pictures are visual reminders; species, clothing, exact shapes and small scene details are reconstructions unless the passage states them. Offer pointing, oral answers or a scribe. Supervise all cutting. Read the cited verses before using the activities.

Galatians 5:13-26 Children learn the names Paul gives, which are love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness and temperance, and that Paul says let us also walk in the Spirit. The teacher guide explains longsuffering as patience, temperance as self-control and meekness as gentle humility, and the tree on the page is a picture rather than a claim about any real tree.
